The FotoTherapy Festival is organized this year for second time by the artistic team “Cocun - Urban Art”, with the support of the Prefectoral Government of Rethimno, the Municipality of Rethymno, the Chamber of Rethimno and the UNESCO.
The FotoTherapy Art Week 2007 is realized with the collaboration of the association "Prova". This year’s edition is titled “FotoTherapy Art Week Festival 2007-Deconstructing Life". The festival is carried out in many different spaces in the city, with main axes the building Xenia in the coastal road Sof. Venjzelou, the room of Artillery and the “Tzami Ibrahim” in the Fortezza, the Centre of Youth, and some selective art-cafes.
In the various exhibitions are presented photographs, paintings, photo-editing, video-art, art & sound-art installations, interactive constructions etc. In the parallel activities of the festival, are also included film projections, discussions, music and sound performances, street art, theatre & dance happenings etc.
